Refunds

You can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the course. Email cortney@putinblack.com with the name and email you registered with.

Within 7 days of the course, refunds are not available.

If you register but do not attend, or leave before the instructional time ends, no refund is given.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Your Zoom registration is cancelled when the refund is made.

If something looks wrong with a charge, please email cortney@putinblack.com first. We reply within 2 business days and will put it right.

If a course is cancelled

If Put In Black LLC cancels the course, you receive a full refund.

If we reschedule, you can keep your place for the new date or ask for a full refund. We will email you as soon as we know.

If the course cannot go ahead because of a technical problem on our side, you can choose a full refund or a place in the rescheduled session.

Accessibility

This program will be presented virtually via Zoom, with captions available. If you require accommodation to participate, please contact us in advance at cortney@putinblack.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.

Recording

Some live sessions are recorded. When a session will be recorded, its course page says so before you register, and the Zoom-link email repeats it.

Recordings show the speaker only. Questions are taken in the Zoom chat; if you choose to ask out loud, your voice may be in the recording. Recordings are not shared with attendees.
